Hi Rocky! Have you considered participating in NaNoWriMo? October is NaBloWriMo (National Blog Writer's Month). I participated in NaBloWriMo last year and loved it. I'm doing it again this year at www.fleurdealeta.blogspot.com. The challenge is to post at least once per day for the month of October - 31 posts in a row. It's fun!
NaNoWriMo - this is for writing a short story/book - it begins in November. I'm not sure of the challenge, etc, but you can Google it. I've considered doing this, but... I don't have a story in me to write. Lol.
Thanks, Aleta! Yes, I just heard of the National Novel Writing Month. Secretly, I am hoping to get a rough draft of Blood and Tears done by November so that I can focus all my energy on another one for NaNoWriMo. Very unlikely. But, hey? I can dream :)
